Technology Platforms

APOGEN has considerable experience and expertise in various technologies used in the manufacture of pellet based products Viz., Extrusion, Wurster Coating, Solid Layering and Top Spray as well as Spray Dried products. Apart from the manufacture of pellet based products, Apogen also offers Sugar Spheres as per international standards which form an integral part of several of these formulations.

Manufacturing Facilities

Apogen has facilities for the manufacture of pellet baed products involving Extrusion, Solid Layering, Top Spray as well as Bottom Spray techniques.

The salient features of the manufacturing facility include:

  • Uni-Directional Flow of Materials
  • Dedicated Air Handling Units with Terminal HEPA filters so as to avoid any possibilities of Cross-Contamination.
  • Facility can handle multiple batch sizes to suit customer requirements.
  • State of the Art Purified Water Generation and Distribution System.

Quality Control

Apogen's Quality Control Department has trained and qualified man-power and sophisticated Analytical Instruments so as to ensure compliance to exacting international quality standards.
Dedicated Microbiology Laboratory to conduct monitoring and control of environmental conditions as well as water and other material that go into manufacturing.

Stability Testing

Apogen has required facilities for conducting stability studies as per all the ICH conditions based on the product/country requirements.

Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance Department is equipped with well documented systems and procedures as per international standards and operates independently.
